Engine and frame
R27 BMW single- this is our new project. We are working on it in the evenings in our livingroom. The guys all think it is the best possible kind of decor to have around.

The cylinder went in easily. The singles look is really great- clean, nothing projecting out either side. This is going to be a great ride!

Engine mounts
The R27 motorcyle is unique, in that it has rubber plugs that mount the engine to the frame and reduce vibration and act as shock absorbers. They are quite tricky to mount, and have a separate piece of hardware that holds them on the side opposite the frame.
